Yes you can, we will open up translations to modules once the website is on weblate as well

Right now it uses non-standard language names, after the v2 release we'll convert it to posix locale codes so it's compatible with weblate

There's no special request procedure, copy the EnglishUK directory, rename it to a new language and translate

A question, a few months ago, I translated from scratch all of NamelessMC (forum) because of the numerous spelling and translation errors that were found in the "Spanish" version. I uploaded all these translations to "SpanishES". I understand that the translation in the Spanish part of Weblate is the SpanishES one and in the Spanish(Latinoamerica) part it is the Spanish one, isn't it?

Yes, I believe that is what happened

SpanishES was assigned language code es_ES and Spanish was assigned language code es_419
